Agent Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our B2B Travel Agent Portal. By registering as an agent or continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Account Approval
All agents must provide valid and verifiable business credentials, including company registration, valid contact information, and authorized identification during registration. The activation of an agent account is subject to verification and approval by our administration team.
2. Scope of Services
The agent portal provides access to search, book, and manage travel services, including but not limited to domestic and international flights, hotel reservations, bus tickets, car rentals, and sightseeing activities. All inventory, fares, and availability are provided in real-time by consolidators and service providers.
3. Booking & Ticketing Rules
All bookings issued through the agent portal are governed by the specific fare rules, cancellation policies, and baggage allowances set by the operating airline or service supplier. It is the agent's responsibility to communicate these terms to their end customers prior to booking confirmation.
4. Deposit & Payment Terms
Agents are required to maintain a sufficient deposit or approved credit balance in their portal account to process ticket issuance. Payments made via online payment gateways, bank transfers, or cash deposits will be credited upon receipt and verification.
5. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
Cancellation and amendment requests must be initiated through the agent portal within the permissible timeframes. Refunds for eligible cancelled bookings will be credited back to the agent's portal wallet after deducting applicable airline/supplier cancellation charges and administrative processing fees.
6. Confidentiality & Account Security
The agent is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials (username, password, and transaction PIN). The agent assumes full liability for all transactions processed using their account credentials.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an agent's access to the portal immediately in the event of fraudulent activity, breach of agreement, chargeback disputes, or non-compliance with industry regulations.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
